Customer testimonials may contain personally identifiable information such as the customer's name, business name, city, state, and web address. We do obtain the customer's consent prior to posting the testimonial to post their personally identifiable information along with their testimonial.

If a user’s personally identifiable information changes (such as company name, phone, e-mail, postal address, etc.), or if a user no longer desires The Gown services, we provide a way to correct, update or deactivate users’ personally identifiable information. Confidentiality
The Gown is committed to keeping user’s personally identifiable information confidential. The Gown does not share their personal schedule information with anyone. All customer contact information and appointment information is kept confidential. Service providers can only view information related to their own appointments.
No Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s computer tied to information about the user. The Gown web site does not use cookies. You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. If you choose to decline cookies, you still will be able to fully experience the interactive features of the The Gown web site and The Gown online scheduling services. Some of our affiliate partners use cookies on our site to indicate referral source. However, we have no access to or control over these cookies, once we have given permission for them to set cookies for referral. Referral cookies do not contain personally identifiable information.

Log Files
Like most standard web site servers we use log files. Service Announcements
On very rare occasions it is necessary to send out a strictly service related announcement. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance we might send users an e-mail. Generally, users may not opt-out of these communications, though they can deactivate their account. However, service elated communications are not promotional in nature.

We communicate with users on a regular basis to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account we reply via e-mail or phone, in accordance with the user's wishes and The Gown customer communication practices.
