state, and web address. We do obtain the customer's consent prior to posting the testimonial to post
their personally identifiable information along with their testimonial.

If a user’s personally identifiable information changes (such as company name, phone, e-mail, postal address,
etc.), or if a user no longer desires The Gown services, we provide a way to correct, update or

The Gown does not share their personal schedule information with anyone. All customer contact information
and appointment information is kept confidential. Service providers can only view information related
to their own appointments.

site does not use cookies. You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most Web browsers automatically
accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. If you choose

web site and The Gown online scheduling services.

Log Files

Service Announcements
On very rare occasions it is necessary to send out a strictly service related announcement. For instance,
if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance we might send users an e-mail. Generally, users
may not opt-out of these communications, though they can deactivate their account. However, service
elated communications are not promotional in nature.
Customer Service
We communicate with users on a regular basis to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating
to their account we reply via e-mail or phone, in accordance with the user's wishes and The Gown
